TOTAL: 43 CARDS

Obviously, as you can see, this deck is stuffed with useful staple, and has very few dead draws, which is great. The main problem is, however, the monster count. 6 Level 4 or less monsters is nowhere near enough.

Before that, however, we'll get rid of a few cards that don't work:
-1 Jar of Greed
-1 Reckless Greed
-3 Dian Keto the Cure Master
-1 Banner of Courage
-1 Red-Eyes Black Dragon
-1 Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon

Jar of Greed simply thins your deck, as you could of drawn the card it gives you instead of Jar of Greed. It's useless in any deck with more than 40 cards. For Reckless Greed, you gain 2 cards, but lose 3 (Your next two draws and the card you could of drawn instead of Reckless Greed), giving you a disadvantage. Lifepoints, in a duel, are nowhere near as important as field/card advantage, so they're almost always dead draws. Banner of Courage gives a measly 200 ATK, and what's more, it's only on your turn. You're better with a different powerup card. The Red-Eyes combo is unreliable, and it'd be much easier and cheaper to simply summon a strong monster.

For those 4 star monsters, we'll add:
+2 Gravekeeper's Spy

Spies are excellent at field presence; they have a high defence and can let you have 1 more monster than you usually would; say, if you want to tribute summon something, you flip Spy, place another spy in defence mode and tribute the one you flipped; It's like a free tribute. Alternativly, they can stall you time. For that extra searching power, we'll also add:
+1 Witch of the Black Forest
+1 Sangan

These will maximize that combo potential. Furthermore, for field presence, we'll add:
+3 Giant Germ

Which can stop your opponent's attacks in their tracks and provide tribute material. Now, for tributes, Dark Magician Girl is a weak monster, even in a Dark Magician deck, so we'll:
-1 Dark Magician Girl
+1 Dark Ruler Ha Des

Ha Des, along with being a 2450 ATK powerhouse, has a useful ability to stop those pesky flip effects. Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight is a good topdeck, but with field presence and card advantage you'll rarely get to play him. We'll instead add the most evil of cards:
-1 Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight
+1 Jinzo

Jinzo will give us some extra negation that the deck needs. For extra ATK power, we'll add:
+1 Mystic Plasma Zone
+1 Witch's Apprentice

Two MPZs give us a better chance of a combo-breaker. We'll also add another searchable monster that has a card advantage effect:
+1 Don Zaloog

Finally, we'll cut down on some of the uneeded staple and add a few more 4 stars to balance out the deck:
-1 Metal Morph
-1 A Cat of Ill Omen
-1 The Forceful Sentry
-1 Torrential Tribute
-1 Cannon Soldier
+1 Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
+1 Newdoria
+1 Wall of Illusion

And that's it! Finishing at 43 cards, Here's the deck code:

Thanks Sandibeach for that deck!
