Ryan was found at the age of eight, laying against a boulder for shade in the desert, too far of a walking distance to make it to another town. The one that found him suspected that he had been abandoned. The child seemed like he didn't know how to articulate or speak. For years, not a word came from him. He spent his days as far away as possible from everything, usually wandering out into the desert to have some solitude. The man that found him was poor, but still afforded Ryan's clothing as well as his own family while all Ryan could do in return was help him earn money. He was a merchant, so without the man knowing, Ryan began to
steal to aquire the products to sell. Ryan had a thing about not showing up at the right moment or in unlucky situation in which case he would follow above the target, crouching in whatever could hide him wether it be the rafters of a building or the limbs of a tree. Staring down all the time, he found it more comfortable to haunch and shrank about four inches when he did it. That and his quick eye-sight was what earned him the name "Vulture". By the time he was found out, he was thirteen years old. The man that had taken him in figured that Ryan brought back a rescently stolen item from one of his aquaintances. The man was furious and threw Ryan out because of it. Ryan didn't speak so he didn't try to defend himself. Having nowhere else to go, he took a camel and rode into the desert, far out, where a large plateau stood from the ground. A slope on the edge made it easy to climb at that time. On the very top, he was greeted by a large, dead tree where sat one of 'his own kind', a vulture welcoming him to his new home. The boy had ambition and began to build. The spot he chose was sitting on top of a large, underground auquifer where he mixed sand with the water and packed it into hard adobe and concrete, beginning to build on the very first day. Bye the time night fell, for the only sign of warmth, he slept in the mud and continued this routine until he had a small shelter built that was the size of a modern-day bathroom. The years passed and time progressed. Nobody found him out there until he reached the age of sixteen and the majority of the Kentari Desert Village was already constructed. On occasion he would ride to town to collect food and on one occasion, a man asked him why he always left for the desert and came back unharmed and perfectly fine. Was there a town out in the middle of nowhere. For the first time anyone could recall that knew Ryan since he was found, he spoke: "My village is on the top of a plateau. I need inhabitants worthy enough to dwell with me there and protect my life's work. Spread the word and tell every hunter, assasin, spy and mercinary that there is now a place all for them. I will be back the same time next month to collect whoever cares to join me." And he rode back off. A month later, hunters began to become interested and followed. They, themselves, dug out the catacombs inside of the plateau for living. This routine continued and they began recieving messages of new bounties. The small village soon thrived with killers and cold-hearted nomads. The Guild of Hunters has been established and Ryan is now 22 years old. Not a very verbal guy, but he'll talk if he likes you enough. He goes by the name "Vulture" now and uses the skills he had obtained through his life to be a hired spy for those who can pay for his services and the services of his guild.
