Xena Woman??
Just because 'Xena' is over doesn't mean we'll never get to see Lucy again. The TV and comic book heroin, Wonder Woman is comming to the big screen with Lawless in mind for the big role. The producer, Joel Silver, has gotter screenwrite Todd Alcotto to start work on the long, overdue movie script and has the woman behind the warrior as the top candadate on his list for actresses to play the red, white, and blue super-hero. Even though it's script is still in it's early stages, It's said it will become a blockbuster hit, especially is Lucy is leading the way.
Sold! To the woman with the big sword!
Well, for those of you who haven't found out yet, there has been a huge sell out of Xena props on Yahoo! Auctions. It origionaly started at the beginning of June as a charity auction supporting one of Lawless' favorite charities. There, they sold everything from Xena's old leather shift to backround props; seldom seen unless looked for. Everyone's outfits, jewlery, weapons, scrolls, and even Xena's pillow, were auctioned off at prices up to 6 or $7,000. Even though the charity auction ended after the season finale ended, things from the show are still being sold from the final episodes. Check it out at:

Mallowpuffs
Recently, the New Zealand Herald published an international poll naming Lucy Lawless as their Woman of the Year for her effort in charitable causes and the community. After the results were relesed, she had stated that felt that there were other women that were more worthy of that title than her. She was also quoted as saying, "I haven't done enough for a Mallowpuff", in which may have made complete sence to those of New Zealand, but had confused eveybody else. The catchphrase had come from a TV advertisement in the country from Griffin's Confectionary Co. for a chocolate-marshmellow cookie. It showed different people doing small bits of work such as gardening or raking, then sitting down for a while and eating a Mallowpuff with the phrase,"Have you done enough for a Mallowpuff?" The company dissagreed with Lawless' comment, however, and sent her a whole box of them. But, being the ever-giving Lucy that she is, Lawless took all the goodies to the set of 'Xena' and shared them with the cast and crew.
...And the Ratings Continued
Earlier this year, 'Xena' 's sixth season had been a big sucsess. The episode Path of Vengence got it's self a record 3.8 in national household ratings; showing a 15% increase from the last week's show. Doing so, put it only 1.3 away from the number one syndicated show of that week. Since then, the ratings had to have certainly climbed drasticly for the series finale.
