Walkthrough: Hit the soldier ahead with the Chakram. Before crossing the bridge, turn around to find a Golden Shield. Go over the bridge and get scroll#1 on your left. Down the path, three more soldiers will greet you, further down, it's two more threesomes (somebody get the insect spray!). Keep following the path until you reach the area outside the fortress.

1. This place has a lot of soldiers. I counted 12 in total. As you enter this place, Xena shouts that she hates catapults. Well, there's no need to hate them. This catapult is damn useful. See those tents scattered around the place? Most of them have something useful inside. To collect these goodies, stand close to one of the tents. (Make sure your sound effects volume is set quite high.) As soon as you hear the catapult being fired, move off, because it's always aimed at you. The fireball will burn the tent revealing the reward inside. In total, you'll find 3 Hands of Zeus and four health power-ups. (Remember how you tricked the Cyclops in the Isle of Kronos, with the boulders? What you're doing now is effectively the same!)

The twelve soldiers in this area won't appear all in one go, but in groups. Every time you get a "tent item", one or two soldiers will attack you. Use your Hands of Zeus here since you can't use them anywhere else.

2. After you've raided all the good stuff and killed all the soldiers, go back up the path a little, until you reach a smaller fortress (there's a sign next to it). Repeat the same trick with the catapult here (make sure you stand right of the sign next to the building or the catapult will miss). When the fortress is burnt down, climb up the broken stones, get a Resurrection Jewel, an Armour Upgrade, and scroll#2. Oh yeah, and kill the archer.
