Description:
He is about 6 foot 4 inches, he weights near 180
lbs. His hair is a dark blue (almost black really) and his eyes
are a very light sky blue. He wears a jade trench coat with a black
pair of pants and a white shirt under it. On the back of his shirt
is oddly the writing of the Rivios, but it translates into "Slayer of the Evil"
Brief History:
In a genetic experiment using Rivios D.N.A. and human D.N.A.
the goverments of America and Japan managed to create him. His powers
are mostly derived from mind reading and speed, and his main purpose
was to be a spy of sorts. But in a freak accident, hidden psychic
potential exploded from him and destroyed the lab where he was created,
so hye is thought to be dead. The power which he used to destroy
the lab has never surfaced again since that incident sixteen years ago.
His power is really just in speed and mind reading, he
has almost no real attack power, but he can manipulate the physical
reality with his mind just a little (throwing small things is his limit really).
