Personality:
Very distrustful and quiet, depending on her mood she can be very nice and friendly (if you know her). Not overly happy or exciteable. Very outgoing, extremely strong and intelligent. In battle, she is unbeatable, and at most times merciless. Looks down on authority figures, and her hatred for all forms of government is matched only by that of Meia Kisaragi.
History:
When she was only 3, her parents were executed by the British Government - the king - for a crime they didn't commit. She was forced to live in the forests on her own, barely surviving. While living there, she taught herself basic fighting techniques. Later, when she was old enough, she entered a small "contest" to show how well she had learned her skills. She won, and was taken by a wise warrior who taught her all she needed to know to become a true warrior. After she had beyond perfected her skills, she spent a year and a half studying basic magic. At the tender age of ten, she moved to and stayed in America for a while. While there, she competed in several fighting events, until she had met her own high expectations, and continued to study magic. By now she had lost her British accent. When she reached the age of fourteen, she stowed away on a large ship heading to Japan. When she arrived, she had an encounter with a teenage girl named Meia Kisaragi. Soon, the two girls became best friends and partners in battle. Meia trained Jessica in the new ways of Ninja fighting, and taught her basic Japanese.
Jessica always wears a string of beads to remind her of her family she never knew . . .
