Issue Three: The Anarch Revolution
During the Inquisition, the Elders of the vampiric clans sent their childer to their death, in the hopes of appeasing the mortals.  Many of the younger childer began to question their elders' decisions, and some actually began to desert their clans and revolt against their brethren.  This went unnoticed, initially, because of the mortal revolutions that were sweeping across the lands.  When the elders grew aware of the revolt, they responded by striking down all of the childer that dared to oppose them.  As often happens with young children, aggressively punishing them merely caused them to think that their cause was just.  This was the case in the Anarch Revolution.  The attempts to reduce the stress threatening to tear vampiric society across Europe apart instead caused the spark that set off a forest fire.
Elders fell in droves, not only at the hands of the mortals, but also at the hands of their younger, less potent childer.  The eldest amongst the seven great clans came together one fateful week at a town named Thorns.  It was there that the Assamites were cursed to prevent them from committing the Amaranth.  Additionally, there the Camarilla was officially formed, and out of it also spawned the Anarch movement, which is now referred to simply as the Anarchs.
After the convention, members of the Pyramid learned that a cult known as the Sabbat had been officially formed to combat the Camarilla.  This cult, while it has grown to the size of a sect, still has no real ability to harm the organisation to which we own allegiance.  It is simply a matter of time until we will be able to remove this blight from existance.
