Clan Gangrel is perhaps the most noble of all the clans. They have stood alone in the night for centuries, and only recently have they abandoned their role as protectors of the Camarilla. In times past they were the devoted allies of the Tzimisce clan, and then allies of the illustrious Camarilla. They have forever sought to learn about themselves through self-discovery, and to this end have pursued solitude when not required for other, more base duties.
The Gangrel have recently left the Camarilla, though there are still some members of the clan in the age-old sect. Guelph is honored to have a loyal member of this clan amongst it's membership, and Prince Damien is most open to the clan of the wolf. He encourages all of the Gangrel clan to come to his city, where they will be treated as equal, which was uncommon in far too many cities across the world, where they were treated as mere guard dogs. |
