| Clan Tremere has in a few centuries become one of the most powerful collections of Kindred in existence. They have risen to power while confronting the horrible Tzimisce families, the deranged and incestous Giovanni, and have even survived some brushes with important factions within the Ivory Tower. In spite of all this, they have become one of the most respected and feared members of the Camarilla, and a terrible deterent to the Black Hand masses. From their ancient books they summon hideous forces, capable of rending flesh from bone, as well as more insidious abilities such as the power to walk in one's mind. Few trust the Tremere, and fewer still are unafraid of their blood magics. The members of this clan in Guelph maintain a relatively low key. Save for a brief dispute between the past and current Regent, there have been few obvious power imbalances within the clan. They have had some reassigned from the Chantry to other places around the world, but it is believed that these are simply standard Tremere policy; their members are too calm to have caused a problem. It is rumoured, however, that they may have released a host of dangerous demons throughout the city in recent months, which has been subtly making its presence known thoughout the city. |
