Meanwhile, Mulder was driving Trinity and Piper home. He was going to Pipers house first. They both sat in the back seat. They were in pain, but their scratches were less painful then their hearts. “You girls are going to have to come back to testify.” Mulder said. “We’ll do whatever we can.” Trinity said. “What’s going to happen to Thumper?” Piper asked. “We can’t be sure. The case is going into police hands. We have enough to keep her in custody for resisting arrest and for mental reasons. We can say that she has spent the last two weeks in the woods, at least.” Mulder said. Mulder pulled up in front of Piper’s house. He stopped the car and Piper sat there, not wanting to leave. “Thanks for your help, Piper. Thank you to both of you. You helped us catch the suspect, and you’ll be in our final report.” Mulder said. “We did it to help our friends.” Trinity said. “That may be true, but you were still a great help.” Mulder said. “You should come down and visit us sometime. We’ll write you a letter.” Piper let out a small smile. She hadn’t smiled in a few days. She was always too worried or scared. Piper also knew she might never see Mulder, Scully, or Trinity ever again. They had become her friends even though Mulder and Scully were so much older. Before Piper got out of the car she gave Trinity a hug. Piper finally did get out of the car. She went to her front door and walked in. She was sad, but happy that everyone at Camp Kowena that was murdered would be put to rest, including their families. Piper walked right to her room and cried for a while, but then knew she had done a good thing. * * * * Scully sat at her computer in her apartment. She was sipping a cup of coffee and was in her white robe. She felt relaxed and clean, after taking a nice hot shower. She looked over what she had just written and started to type some more. Jane Bowman, also known as Thumper, was taken into custody for suspicion of murder. She can only be imprisoned for resisting arrest and mental health problems. The case remains open for the local police department to handle. There are more questions posed then answers, like how Bowman did it and why. Trinity Fyrer and Piper Alexander helped Agent Mulder and myself to catch the suspect and to find some of the victims. Girl Scout Camp Kowena will be closed for the rest of the summer, until further investigation can be established. Well, that's it. This was my very first attempt at writing Piper into a story. I know, it was pretty lame but you can't blame a girl for trying. The camp, the people, and situations of this story are meant to bring no shame upon Girl Scouts. I am a proud, 11 year member of the Girls Scouts of Rhode Island. If anyone has a problem with the story, it will be removed immediately. Well, now that that is over with, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Pamela for becoming a very good friend over that two weeks three years ago and for continuing to be my friend to this day. No matter what happens, we'll always be friends and we'll always love the X-Files. I know that this story isn't very good but I was about 12 when I wrote it and I didn't have many skills back then (not that I have many now, but whatever). Thank you to Ashley, Meghan, Breanne, Kristin, and Sara for being my "possi". Anyway, thanks to everyone who continued reading this far...hope you enjoyed! E-mail me! |
