Heero Yuy

Heero Yuy is undoutbly the main character in the Gundam W series, and not only the series, also in the Manga and OAV. Don't we all love this guy that wears spandex and bike shorts? Heh, heh. But, like all the other Gundam pilots, he's had a difficult childhood, and we don't even know where Heero comes from or where he was born. His real name isin't even Heero. No one knows his real name. Prior to operation Meteor, he was an apprentice to a person called Adin, and was trained to be an assasin, but Adin died trying to kill Septem and Heero was found by Doctor J. There Doctor J trains him to be a Gundam Pilot for the Barton Foundation, and he carries out a couple of missions for him prior to Operation M. On one of the missions, he meets a little girl, and she gives him a flower. Later in the day, he blows up an Alliance base, but due to a miscalculation, he causes civilian casualties, including killing the little girl that he met earlier that day. Heero was shaken up a bit after that event, and had to be re-educated by Doctor J. So all his humanitiy was taken away from him, including his kindness. Then during April, A.C. 195, the Gundams were sent to Earth to destory OZ in operation meteor, and Heero stayed at a school where the Vice Foreign Minister's daughter, Relena, was studying. They have several events at the school with Relena, and Relena interveres in several of Heero's missions. Heero wanted to get rid of Relena, but he finds it hard to for some reason... was his kindness coming back?.... "What is wrong with me????!!!!!!", he screams in Eps. 6. But Relena was changing his life. Everything...

Heero also has some dealings with Duo, another Gundam pilot, from the day that Duo decided to appear on the scene to prevent Heero from killing Relena, and also Duo also rescued Heero from an Alliance hospital. Heero thinks that he doesn't have any companions, so he prefers to fight alone. But he still has to put up with Duo for a while, and actually gets along pretty well with him. (I mean, he actually remembered his name! ^_^) Then Heero makes a incredible mistake of killing the Alliance's leader, Marshal Noventa and others such as General Ventei, who were pushing for peace with the colonies. But Heero, decived by OZ's plan, destoryed the shuttle that the Marshal was on. Heero never gets over this, and he even hands his fate over to the victims' family. Because the incident haunted him, he was not focused on the next mission, but he still fought well again OZ ace Zechs Merquise. But he was forced to self-detonate his Gundam there because of a threat on the colonies. He spends a month recuperating and then goes to the North Pole to duel with Zechs. Zechs had reconstructed his Gundam, but Heero refused to use the Wing because he thought it was charity from the enemy. So he ended up dueling with Trowa's Gundam Heavyarms. He was about to be finished in the duel when Relena shows up with a letter. (That was one of the most corny scenes in the series! ^_^ I mean Pullleeeezzzee.... "Heero, I have a letter for you!!!")

Then he and the other Gundam pilots head to space to fight OZ, and he is captured by OZ while attacking the Lunar Base, and he ends up as a pilot for OZ. Then Heero and Trowa are sent to fight a new Gundam that has appeared, the Wing Zero, that has been attacking nearby colonies. With Trowa's help, Heero found out that it was Quatre and he stopped him and snapped him back to his senses. (Actually, more credit should be given to Trowa) He then goes back to Earth to defend the Sanc Kingdom, and during all those choatic episodes, he takes the Epyon that Trieze gives him, and uses that. But then Zechs shows up in the Sanc Kingdom, and they fight. Afterwards, Heero suggestes that Zechs should take the Epyon, so they switch suits and Heero ends up with the Wing Zero. Heero then goes back to space to find the colonies in turmoil after the uprising of the White Fang, and Heero and the other Gundam pilots participate in the Eve Wars, and Heero engages in a final duel with Zechs or rather Milliardo Peacecraft, and destorys Libra...

I think at the end of the series, Heero has gotten his humanity back, and he actually takes pity on others and is handling Relena pretty well... (Wait, is this a good thing??? 0_o) A good example that he was really changed is that when Milliardo says, "Why don't you stop me?", and Heero replies, "Relena would be sad." Awwww.... But in my mind, even though Relena could be embrassing and Heero is a serious and smart guy, they would be a good couple. (I don't want people e-mailing me for this!) So this was my first bio... how did I do?
