XXXG-00W0 Wing Gundam Zero

The Wing Zero Gundam, you could say, is the father of all Gundams (In the Gundam W universe) whereas the Tallgeese is the mother of all mobile suits. Armed with a lethal double-barreled buster cannon and two beam sabers, it's one of the deadliest Gundams. It can also transform into a high speed, bird-like form called the Neo bird mode. But, most of all, the uniqueness of this suit is in it's cockpit system. The Zero system bends the psyche of the pilot of the Gundam and makes him literally part of the mobile suit. Hence the reason for the extraordinary reaction time and high combatative abilities of the pilot in the Wing Zero.

This Gundam was developed by the five engineers that designed the Tallgeese, minus Howard. But the Wing Zero Gundam only exsisted in blueprint form, until the year A.C. 195 when Quatre Winner decided to bring the Wing Zero Gundam to life. All of the Gundam pilots has experience in the Wing Zero. But none of them as rough as the one Quatre had piloting it. The Wing Zero, with it's seducive system, plus the fact that Quatre was mad about destorying outer space, led him to be a human killing machine. In the end, Trowa sacrificed himself to take a shot that Heero was supposed to take and Trowa ended up being killed. (Or was he killed?) That snapped Quatre back.

The Gundam eventually ended up in the hands of former OZ ace pilot Zechs Merquise, also known as MIlliardo Peacecraft, and he uses the suit for some time. But as if by fate, it ends up in the hands of the Gundam pilot Heero Yuy. Then Heero brings it to the final showdown in the Eve Wars with the White Fang and it's leader Milliardo Peacecraft...

My thoughts on this mobile suit? Well, it fits all the rules of war, with no emotion, allowing the pilot to do what he wants to do, without the distractions of human emotion. But, it turns out that a war of machines is just too cruel for humans, and that human emotions is the thing that drives everything in wars. A lot of characters thought like this, most notable Trieze, Dorothy Catalonia, and I think Quatre. Lots of people in the internet universe of Gundam W think that Quatre is most fitted for the Wing Zero and not Heero or Zechs, but I won't get into that. I'll probably write an essay about that. Quatre the newtype...hmm...
