Attack of the 5 1/2 Ft.Geek
Summary: Jenny needs a little repair, so she asks the shop-geek, Sheldon. He fixes her, and then stalks her around with only love in mind. It's very annoying...
Storyboard: Ashley Lenz
Directed: Tim Walker,
Rob Renzetti
Featuring Bob Joles as Boss, Candi Milo as the teacher and Daran Norris as the shop teacher
Villian: Broken Hearts Club
Moral: Hmm...Don't hurt people, but don't let them ruin your life either. I'm sorry, I don't know how to say it.
Stuff I Noticed:
*This is the first appearance of Sheldon.
*The qualities Mrs.Wakeman describes Sheldon as are 'sun-deprived skin, Thin gangly figre and large cranium capacity'.
*There's a sign in the shop room that says Wood Shop.
*While the class is taunting Jenny about Sheldon being her boyfriend, you can see a dunce cap in the background. When there's a wider view of the class, there's a sign that says Study. The chalkboard says Solor pg 9. Perhaps another connection to XJ9?
*Jenny hides behind a Coco Cons vending machine. Also, when she's hiding behind the corner, it says on the wall I love to win.
*When the Lonely Hearts Club is holding up traffic, you can see a building that says Shorts and a car that says Jicc's Soup.
*The hearts that the Lonely Hearts Club are throwing at traffic lights say Love, Hey, Be Mine, Hugs and Big.
*All the members of the Lonely Hearts Club smile as Sheldon pulls up on his bike.
*The Lonely Hearts Club start terrorizing Le Tux Shoppe after the park scene.
My rating and review:
Ah...Sweet Love. The actual essence of romance is such joy and yet such pain. If you choose not charish and love it, than it shall forever remain a mystery. And seen through the eyes of desparity, it is truly heaven-sent. The fact that Sheldon just immediately throws himself at Jenny is something that gives this episode such touch and such beauty. I love it. Love, such a strong word. Need. Sheldon needed Jenny. He needed her as much as he needed the air he breathed. He was in total and complete lust. "He's not my nothing!" You could see his heart shatter into thousands of pieces. She felt bad, what a jerk. You can't really pick sides, cause he was driving her mad, and yet she was really mean. I give this episode an A, that's super good.
