| According to the bylaws and regulations we convoke the Executive Committee and all official delegates of the countries members of ODUCC to our congress to be held the 2nd. and 3rd. day of August 2004 in the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (room to be confirmed). |

Congress opening and welcome - Prof. Anibal Mateo Ortiz, General Director of the X ODUCC Games 5. Report of the President - Prof. Jose Balsinde 6. Approval of the Minutes of the previous meeting* 7. Evaluation of the organization of the beginning of the X ODUCC Games according to the Commisions as named by the Executive - Control - Medical - Technical - Finances - Arbitration - Discipline 8. Follow up report - Commision of Statutes - Jai Jebodsingh 9. Analysis and approval of the statutes and regulations 10. Report of the Treasurer - Wilfridio Mathieu 11.
