Government types are a big part of Earth: 2025. It is a decision that you must make whether you want a balanced country or a unbalanced country. As monarch you have no advantages or disadvantages. From your starting point of government (Monarchy) you may change to whatever government you like. Remembering that each government has their advantages and disadvantages.
