To start off, you need to buy a garage, which will cost you 10k, plus an 100 extra kerpals for the default starting security. Alright now that you've gotten your 2-car garage with some security your off for some shopping, at Kyoto's Automobiles. When you enter you will see this chart with cars and lots of information. When you jack a car you have to click a certain amount of zooms. What are zooms? Zooms are what the car speed is measured in. The faster the car, the lower the zooms, the less zooms you click to reach to someones garage. And this is where the classification comes in. Each classification has a different amount of zooms.
Poor: 30 zooms
Medium: 15 zooms
Good: 10 zooms
Awesome: 5 zooms
Supercars: 1 zoom

Now...after you have chosen your car, you can choose to make it "special". To make a car special means that that specific car is the one you will use to jack someone elses. Note that once you make one special, you will never be able to change it back or sell it to Kyoto. So later on when you want to get rid of this special car the only way is to delete it.. so choose your special car wisely. To make a car special just go to your garage then click "Y" to make the car special.

Next, what you need is the right equipment, which you can get at the artillary shop, special items department, and buy one of these:
Saw for 10,000
Chainsaw for 1,000,000
Invisible Dynamite for 5,000,000

So now, you've got your ride, and you've got your tools, go back to your garage, view some player owned vehicles, pick one that you think is worthy of your time to try to jack, then just go back and enter the ID. Zoom as however much ya need then once your at the garage, jack the car. And either you will have successfully jacked the car, or you will get caught by the police. If you get caught you will have to run away by the same way you got there, click the x amount of zooms till your back to your own garage. Now let's say you did succesfully jack a car, then you will have to wait 2 full days of keeping it, and after its 2 days old, you can swing by Kyoto's and sell it back for half the value. You get up to 20 jack and ability to jack 2 cars per day. Note: If you have the modern 2-car garage, you cannot jack 2 cars since your special takes up the 1st car space and your newly jacked car will take up the 2nd.

Along with the great fun you can get from jacking a car, you also have to protect your own. Meaning securtiy systems. Meaning kerpals. So depending on how much your cars worth you'll want to buy a fair amount of security for it. Later on when you think that you are jacking cars regulary, got a sweet ride and some nice tools, you might consider upgrading your garage. By upgrading you can have up to 3-car or 4-car garages.
