Charmin's church is where you pray and donate to get a prize which will allow you to mine Other then that when you have a lover and 60 days old you can get married. Remember you and your lover must also have a diamond ring when you get married.

The temple of umaja is where you can buy the 3 special skins, blizzard, hellfire, and hellblazer each for 100k. Tip: Go search in Player Owned Shops for the skin you want and see how much its in the shop. Usually you will be able to get it for 20k off or more.
