alice 19th
"Alice 19th" is the most recent of Watase-sensei's manga on this website. It began after Imadoki! ended in 2001. It's also the first manga Watase-sensei wrote after 9/11 occured and she speaks about the event in the sidenotes of the first volume. She based it on the fact that people should realize words have more power than actions. Alice Seno is a shy and timid freshmen in high school. Her sister has always been popular and perfect and Alice has always been known as "Mayura Seno's sister." Mayura even has a perfect boyfriend who all the girls love, even Alice has found herself falling in love with him. One day in a terrible rage, Alice tells Mayura she just wishes she would disappear. However, she didn't expect her wish to be granted. Almost right after that, Alice meets Nyozeka, a bunny girl creature who explains to Alice that she must become Lotis Master or she will never be able to get her sister back.
