Well, you're almost to my world. I'm warning you once and once only...my site isn't friendly to a lot of things. It requires Macromedia Flash to be installed on your computer, for instance (which really shouldn't be a problem, since it's a free download that practically happens automatically when you visit a site that uses it). I have nothing in here for accessibility, although I may create a secondary site that's less aesthetically pleasing and more efficient than really suits me. Of course, any votes for this would probably accelerate the process. Not that I get all that many visitors here.
I've thrown in a simple way for checking to see if you have Flash installed...if you see the button after this disclaimer, then you shouldn't have much of a problem.
I suppose the browser doesn't really matter, as long as it's a later version. The only special technology I'm using is Flash, and the site itself is done in DreamWeaver. Which means any browser with a Flash plug-in and that supports XHTML should work just fine. I personally support FireFox, although I have no real problem with Internet Explorer. It's all a matter of personal preference, I suppose.
At any rate, if nothing I've mentioned above is a problem, then by all means, come on in. |
