- Delivery service may or may not leave package at the door if no one is home. We have no control over which packages are left at recipient's door and which packages are not. This may cause a delay in receipt of your package if your recipient is not available to sign for the delivery. We cannot be responsible for deliveries that are delayed if no one is available to sign for the package.Deliveries are made by local postal service if outside the local X-pressions warehouse delivery region (Region includes:Fayetteville, PeachtreeCity, Tyrone, Newnan, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Snellville, cities of GA area)
If you have a Basket Agent delivery will be made through your Basket Agent, as soon as order is placed by your Basket Agent they will know the possible delivery date.

- Hospital Deliveries: Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives, (refer to delivery policy above) consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we can assume any responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room, or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed.
