| Fuzzy Navel Cake |
| 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 6 oz. package instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 3/4 cup peach schnapps 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 tsp. orange extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine all ingredients and blend well. Por into greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back. Liqueur Mixture 4 tbsp. peach schnapps 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 cup powder sugar sifted Blend ingerdients together and mix well. Poke holes in cake while it is still warm and por liqueur mixture over slowly. Allow the cake to cool before removing from the pan. |
