Corned Beef and Cabbage |

This is one of the most tradtional meals of the Irish. Corned Beef is a brisket that is picled in brine. It is best when it is soaked over night in water to remove the excess salt |

1 large cabbage 2 onions 2 carrots |

Potato Stuffing |

5-6 cups of mashed potatoes |

Place potatoes in a large bowl. Saute the onions and celery in the butter. Stir in the garlic powder,salt and pepper. Pour over potaotes and add cruotons and both to moisten. Mix well and serve. |
