Background: Super Soldier Test Subject #12, Codename Em Dee Kay. Kay,
for short, was raised from a baby in a top secret training facility of an unnamed organization that highly discriminates mutants, among other things. All that is known about it by anyone that isn't a direct affiliate is that it is made up of extremist American patriots.
Kay has been trained since birth to fight, use weaponry of all imaginable kinds, to operate all kinds of vehicles, and to carry out discrete missions. Early on in this program, he and nineteen others were given highly questionable chemicals to enhance their intellect, strength, senses (resulting in his totally gray eyes). Kay is the only one of twenty test subjects that went through the chemical testing
alive and uncrippled. The organization has given him hundreds of weapons, armor and resources to aid him in his main objective: locate and kill super mutants.
Kay wields state-of-the-art technology with the ease of someone that knows no other way of life. He is quick, efficient, and deadly. Although, sometimes random side effects will spring up from his past chemical testing. None have hindered him in major situations thus far, but do seem to be triggered in states of high adrenaline.
Kay now wanders the country eliminating mutants at all possible opportunities. He is in no contact whatsoever with the organization that spawned him. The only way that he knows that they still support him is by leaving him loads of supplies and weaponry at designated areas, randomly.
Those that have contended with Kay and survived have spread the word of him. He is identifiable by a symbol on his armor, a star that fades red to white to blue from left to right.
