Express Software Statement of Privacy
The Internet is an amazing tool. It has the power to change the way we
live, and we're starting to see that potential today. With only a few
mouse-clicks, you can follow the news, look up facts, buy goods and
services and communicate with others from around the world - even people
you might never have met. It's important to Express Software to help its
customers retain their privacy when they take advantage of all the
Internet has to offer.

Express Software and Your Privacy
Express Software may ask you to register and provide information that
personally identifies you ("Personal Information") in certain
circumstances, including for example when you download free software,
enter a contest, order e-mail newsletters or join a limited-access
premium site. We use your Personal Information for three primary purposes:
- To help you quickly find software, services or information on
Express Software's website.
- To help us create Web site content most relevant to you.
- To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated
information and other new services from Express Software.

still use most of the Express Software site. However, you will not be able
to access areas that require registration.

If for some reason you believe Express Software has not adhered to these
principles, please notify us by e-mail at exsoft@mindless.com,
and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and
correct the problem.
And parents or guardians: we also want to help you guard your children's
privacy. Express Software does not collect any Personal Information on
those sections of the site that may be considered designed for the use of
children under the age of 13. Express Software may send customer-requested
newsletters that may be considered designed for use by children under 13.
These newsletters include instructions on how you can stop receiving them
in the future. Also, to the extent Express Software collects personal
information from children under the age of 13 in order to send the
requested newsletter will also apply to the collection of personal
information (e-mail address) by Express Software in order to send out the
requested newsletters. We encourage you to talk to your children about
safe and responsible use of their personal information while using the
Internet.
