Ruins are part of the Asatru (Norse) religion. Ruins are symbols that can be used for divination, spellwork and writing. Their collective term is Futhark (Norse word for alphabet). There are actually three different kinds of Futhark. The Elder Futhark, Anglo-saxon Futhark, and the Scandinavian Futhark.
