fun , interactive and functionable....
during my studies in nafa, i took furniture design as my minor. it was a great explosure for me as i get to do research by studying comsumer's needs, coming out with my own design, do a to- scale miniature, and finally source for contractor to produce the design into a real furniture!
Square was my first design that was produced. it was made of highly polished stainless steel, hence the whole table function like a mirror. the design was meant to be interactive so it was like 4 small coffee table joining together, where you can move them around and play with the surroundings. if the consumer wanted a bigger coffe table, they may have 2 or 3 more cubes to play around with.
