| There are a series of three awards in Venturing. They are in order: the Bronze, Gold, and Silver Awards.They can be earned by any Venturer no matter what the Venturer's specialty. The Ranger Award is specifically for Outdoor/High Adventure activity and can not be completed without first earning the Bronze, Gold, & Silver Awards. Leadership Awards may also be earned by Youth &/or Adults at the Council, Area/Region, and National levels. Within the sea Scouting program part of venturing there are other Advanced Programs containing the following ranks: Apprentice, Ordinary, Able, & Quatermaster. Sea Scouts are eligible for both Sea Scouting and Venturing Awards/Advancements | |||||||||||||||||
