"I must have fallen asleep when he was still awake." She reasoned as she began to rise from the bed. immediately she headed to the bathroom to take a shower. Once she had finished changing after her shower she walked out of her room, making sure to take her room key with her.
"LITA!!!" She heard her name being called and looked around her to see where it was coming from. "UP HERE!" Came another shout. Lita looked up at the floors above her. (*Think Embassy Suites hotels.. you know like in the smoking commercials*)
"Trish!" She laughed and then shouted back, "I'll meet you at the elavator!"
Upon meeting each other in the elavator they started chatting, and made plans to go shopping before Lita had her meeting with Vince McMahon that afternoon. The girls got what they wanted to eat from the buffet set up and took seats at a fairly large round table.
"So I saw this outlet shopping place yesturday, we can go there." Trish suggested.
"Sounds good to me." Lita answered.
"Anyone sitting here?" Adam motioned to one of the seats at the table.
"Nope, it's all yours." Lita responded as he sat down, placing his food infront of him.
"So how are you guys liking everything so far?" He asked making small talk.
"So far, so good." Trish smiled.
"Nice seat picking man." Jason sat down next to his tag team partner.
"And why is that?" Adam asked.
"We're sitting with the prettiest ladies here." He grinned cheesily and Adam started cracking up.
"Dude that is such a sad pick up line."
"Like you could do better!" Jason defended.
"Or course I could!"
"Then let's here it." By now both girls were laughing.
"Boys, boys, boys, stop argueing and introduce me to your new friend." Rob Van Damn walked over to the table and sat down on the other side of Adam.
"Oh hey Rob." Jason said.
"Rob this is Lita... and you already know Trish... Lita this is Rob." Adam introduced the two.
"Oh so you're the new girl Vince has been talking about." Rob said to Lita
Lita shrugged, "Nice to meet ya."
Matt and Jeff were jst coming down in the elevators. They were glass so that they could see the entire lobby.
"Hey look, there's everyone." Jeff pointed to the round table. Matt looked down to see the group laughing and joking around. Then he looked from Lita to see what she was laughing at. Apparently Rob Van Dam had just said something funny. He couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy and he didn't know why. The two brothers made their way to the big table and sat down.
"Hey guys, where have you been?" Trish asked.
"We came down earlier and ate." Matt said taking a piece of bacon off of Lita's plate.
"I thought that you said that you already ate." She laughed.
"Eh, can't blame a growing boy for being hungry." He winked.
"Well Trish ready to go?" Lita asked.
"Yup" She responded as she wiped off her hands and stood.
"Where are you two off to?" Jason asked.
"We decided to get some shopping in before we headed to the arena." Trish said.
"Man what is with girls and shopping?" Adam asked.
"It's fun." The two girls said at the same time then laughed.
"See you guys later." Lita waved as the two made their way to the hotel exit.
"Man break me off a piece of her." Rob said.
"Which one?" Adam asked before he ate some more pancakes.
"Lita, man is she hot, I'd love to take her to places she's never been, if you know what I mean." He winked.
"Hey, don't talk that way about her." Matt yelled.
"Dude what's wrong with you?" Rob asked.
"Nothing's wrong with me, why don't you learn how to treat a woman right." Matt yelled back.
'Matt chill, bro." Jeff put a reassuring hand on Matt's shoulder to calm him down.
"At least we know one person in that family isn't wacked." Rob said shaking his head.
"No man, you're the one who's wacked." Jeff said back to him, "Don't you ever, and I mean EVER talk about her like that again. You got it?"
"Yeah sure whatever man." Rob said. With that the two brothers got up from the table and headed back up to their room.
"Not cool man." Jason laughed.
"You moron, they're like real tight with Lita." Adam told RVD
"Especially Matt and her, they're like best friends." Jason finished.
"Dude I had no idea, we always talk like that, my bad." Rob said understandingly.
"Man if Jeff wasn't here I'm sure Matt woulda taken your head off." Adam laughed followed by the other two.
