June 23, 2003 - OK long time no update. We have just been kinda plying shows here an there lately. The show with the Code was fucking awesome, they were cool guys. Also thanks to everyone who came out to the benefit show for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, good to see that kind of support. There has been talk of another benefit, this time for AIDS awareness. However I have no details as of yet except it was supposed to happen in early July last I heard. Anyway this Wednesday is the Jersey show (goddamn Jersey fucking rocks), see y'all there. - Fred
