· Write down everything you eat
· Have healthier snacks on hand
· Drink a lot of water and keep it with you
· Have 6 small meals a day
· Stop eating at 6pm – Don't have diner
· When craving, first drink a big glass of water, wait 5 mn and then start with the lighter products
· Eat an apple and a yogurt before leaving for a dinner
· Brush your teeth frequently
· Before craving for candies, choose the "lighter" and the one that lasts longer
· Instead of buy food, buy something for yourself
· Drink icy water every hour, cold makes you burn more calories
· Chew gum
· Hot drinks makes you feel full
· Drink tea... when ever u get hungry and drink as much as u want its a safe food
· Consider candies and chocolate as a gift
· Only fruits before noon
· Light dinner (salad+vegetables)
· Always prepare own salad dressing
· The less u eat, the less hungry you get, so eat as late as possible
· Have dinner as early as possible, don't sleep before 2 hours after dinner

Diet of the day
~ One meal a day in the afternoon as late as possible.
~ Not only will you feel full more quickly, but you won't be hungry for dinner.
~ Snacks allowed after 3 pm.
~ If you have to eat lunch or dinner outisde, try to limit your intake and that would 
   only boost your metabolism.
~ For your snacks try these filling and safest ones:
    · Fitness cereals
    · Pickles
    · Garbanzos
    · Fruits
    · Yogurt
    · 5 crackers and fat-free cheese
    · Fruit compote
