Diet of the day ~ One meal a day in the afternoon as late as possible. ~ Not only will you feel full more quickly, but you won't be hungry for dinner. ~ Snacks allowed after 3 pm. ~ If you have to eat lunch or dinner outisde, try to limit your intake and that would only boost your metabolism. ~ For your snacks try these filling and safest ones: · Fitness cereals · Pickles · Garbanzos · Fruits · Yogurt · 5 crackers and fat-free cheese · Fruit compote |
