Yes, the East Coast does have mountain biking. This is as East as it gets in North America and Newfoundland has some wonderful trails to offer all levels of abililty. This site is intended to showcase some of the riders and terrain from this area, and from afar, that we have encountered in our travels. It's all about fun, folks, but respect for the land and other trail users is right up there. So don't skid, smile and enjoy...Dawn.
