Winpoint Marketing TN (P) Ltd is involved in the purchase and sale of different types of products & services,

Products can either be purchased outright OR an advance payment in units of Rs.199/- can be paid to the company to book the products.

On booking or on purchase of a product one automatically becomes an independent distributor (ID) of the company for which the ID is paid commission when sales happens trough the ID or the team of ID’s

Commission is paid from the margin received by the company from sale of products.

All products are displayed on the website of the company www.winpoint.info and are sold through E commerce only.

Being a technologically savvy company and with the present technological advantages the company has their own team of expert software developers who have developed a completely automated system. This enables the company to provide accurate information of each ID's accounts instantly at the fingertips of the ID and commission payouts can be generated and distributed on a daily basis. Thus enabling ID’s to function more efficiently.

Commission distribution is as follows:

1. Personal Network Commission (Commission paid on personal effort and team effort)

At the time of first registration an ID is provided with an account Number which the ID uses to login into his account section. All purchases and product advances are viewable through this account. Each product advance is in units of Rs.199/-.and are provided with a unique ID No. From the company’s profits Rs.90/- is distributed as under.

All Personal ID’s and team ID’s are placed in a three matrix system three IDs below one ID.

2. Loyalty Network Commission (This is paid only on completion of the first level)

From each ID’s commission Rs.100 is deducted and an additional 5 levels is paid as below:

3. Common Network Commission (Universal Pool)

From the company’s profit Rs.60/- is put into a common pool and distributed to all IDs as per the software developed by the company. Each ID is eligible to receive Rs.7620/- as per the below conditions.

1. If one ID has sponsored 3 ID’s below it within 60 days the ID will get only 100% of Rs.7620/-
2. If one ID has sponsored only 2 ID’s below it within 60 days the ID will get only 75% of Rs.7620/- (Rs.5715)
3. If one ID has sponsored only 1 ID below it within 60 days the ID will get only 50% of Rs.7620/- (Rs.3810)
4. If one ID has sponsored No ID’s below it within 60 days the ID will get only 25% of Rs.7620/- (Rs.1905)

IMPORTANT: Common Network will depend on the growth of the system. This income will be paid only if there is sufficient growth. ID’s are placed in this system on priority based on serial Number of ID’s

Other than the above commissions one is also eligible for

1.      Achievers Bonus

2.      Leadership Bonus

3.      Royalty

Achievers Bonus (Car Incentive)

This is paid if 4 ID’s of a person completes 10 levels. This is called Car incentive.

All 4 ID’s need not complete 10 levels at the same time. When each ID completes 10 levels the proportionate amount will be paid.

Leadership Bonus

An Id must complete 3 levels (3, 9, and 27) within 30 days. From each ID that the company receives Rs.5/- is kept in a pool. This is divided among all ID’s that have completed 3 levels in 30 days. This is distributed on a monthly basis.

Royalty (Rs.99/-Deduction after receiving first payout)

Rs.99-/ is deducted from each ID towards the Royalty Pool. This will be divided among all ID’s that complete 5 levels (3, 9. 27.81 & 243) within 90 days.
