| The race itself is fairly simple but the fight at the top can be quite tricky, so i'll help make sure you dont lose TOO much equipment, shall we? ..oh and all the treasure boxes contain healing items i believe, get them if you wish but i didnt. |
| I chose the right hand path, because the preview of the left hand path looked hard. *note:this guide is for my path. |

| First room, ok. simply push those two pillars forward to the marked spot *for treasure box, use whirlwind on leaves and push top pillars down. |

| 2nd room, jump on the stone pillars twice and they break, how convinient! *going left will get you 2 treasures but going right is the real exit. |

| Half way!ok, run up the sand waterfall and go... a)left for treasure b)right for exit across tightrope c)up the waterfall...burrow psyenergy! then use whirlwind on the leaves. |

| FINALLY you got here! you shouldve made it way faster than the natives,so you have the advantage!! ...you want help with the fight too... no pleasing SOME people!! just kidding. but it shouldnt be too hard if you won the race so go for it!! good luck |

| Last room, here we go. simple push the pillars as stated to pass easily through to the end of the race. *you can get this treasure by simple going the fastest route, neat huh? |
