if i had to choose a favorite band, goo goo dolls would defintely top that list. what can i say...they have been around for so long making some awesome music. they have changed a lot from their first few albums, but their latest-gutterflower-along with dizzy up the girl and boy named goo have been amazing.

this guy is still kinda obscure but its cool seeing him go from obscurity to fame. Check out this album "Musicforthemorningafter". people have said that its kinda folkish..it sorta is but i think its more folk rock. he's got an edgy/husky voice, hehe.

i first heard john mayer on MTV on the reunion of Real World. from then on, i got every song he had out and loved all of them. i just recently bought the cd "Room For Sqaures" which makes me very happy. i think his songs are really meaningful in their messages and i dunno, his voice is really unique. again, i love seeing obscure musicians make it big in the industry. he's huge now!

sarah mclachlan has sorta disappeared but she still remains one of my favorites. her lyrics have a lot of meaning, so pay attention! :) I think this album "Surfacing" is one of her best. her music is also really soothing and good to listen to when you want chill music or doing homework so need something to meditate to. (you know u want to!)

classic rock band! they have tons of albums but i think "what the story morning glory" is one of their best. i got the chance to see them in concert (2001) when they toured with the black crowes. it was good but i wish they would have sang more songs and the black crowes would have flown away or something. seriously..oh well.
