| Sasami is Ayeka's perpetually cheerful little sister. Blue ponytail hair and pink eyes, Sasami is cute and she knows it. Always very polite she helps with many chores around the house and makes a mean cup of tea if asked (probably her only flaw is a mischievous streak that sometimes gets her and others in trouble). Sasami is Ryo-oh-ki's special perch. |

| Sasami is the younger sister of the princess Ayeka, also an heir to the royal throne of Jurai. Sasami is the second heir to the throne of Jurai. Depending on which Tenchi series you are watching, Sasami either crash landed on Earth with her sister Ayeka while chasing Ryoko, or came to Earth in a mishap involving Ryoko and Tenchi. One thing is for sure - Sasami loves to cook! In each Tenchi series, Sasami ends up taking care of virtually all the chores around the Masaki household - especially cooking. Sasami enjoys her time away from the responsibilities of the court of Jurai. She spends whatever free time she can with Ryo-oh-ki, with whom she has a very strong bond. In Tenchi in Tokyo, Ryo-oh-ki turns into a giant robo-bunny of sorts, into which Sasami climbs into and pilots. Sasami is the most responsible member of the Masaki household, even though she is also the youngest. She harbors a small crush on Tenchi, who looks to her as a little sister. |
