Should someone accept your challenge, I'll highlight it so that everyone knows it's in the process of being written, as well as list who has accept the challenge,  and as an added bonus for the author, I'll archive their story here(should they want me to).
A link to the story will be placed on the page so that everyone will have the chance to read the stories written by their spectacular authors!

Ness' Jake/Hamilton Challenge - submitted January 6th, 2003

*Start it at any point (I planned to go in about 3/4 bullet points into the story, and do the previous bits in flashback or something).
*Jake gets found out and expelled from Rawley.  She gets sent to some dire maximum security single-sex boarding school (for girls) where shes treated as a delinquent by the staff, plus a freak by the girls.
*Communication with Hamilton intercepted (by her end or his) and they are forbidden internet access.
*Jake's not happy.  She runs away, gets her bike, and goes back to Rawley to liberate Hamilton.
*Road trip across the US.
*Gradually Hamilton starts to wonder how they are doing this.  Where is the cash coming from?  Did Jake steal it off of her mom?
*He finds out she's hacking funds off of big corporations.  Hamilton gets really angry with her and scared for her.  She says she won't get caught.
*Hamilton wants to talk this through with someone who can help, but it's been just him and Jake since they went on the run.  He feels lonely.
*He contacts his mom. "Hypothetical" questions about hacking laws, minors, etc.
*Kate Fleming's a mess, worrying about him. Series of phone calls, gradual clues.  She works out where he is.
*To Hamilton's complete stupefaction, police raid.
*Jake gets hauled off.
*Hamilton reacts to how she's going to blame him for getting caught, and how maybe she's right.

Paula's Challenge Nš3 - submitted April 15th, 2003

* Story involves Jake, Hamilton and the gang(Will, Scout, Bella, Lena and Sean).
* First part of the story is set in New Rawley.
* Their sophomore year, Hamilton cheats on Jake so she breaks up with him.  She basically hates him.
* Jake is in the Rawley Girls Academy.
* After the break up she dates other boys, but nothing really serious.
* In Hamilton's senior year he is still with his new girlfriend and he gets her pregnant.  They decide to get married.
* Jake doesn't know about any of this.  It happens near graduation day.
* Setting changes to four or five years later.
* Jake and Hamilton haven't seen each other since graduation, but they individually keep in touch with the gang.
* Hamilton is divorced and has the custody of his son(yes, the baby was a boy).
* Jake is engaged.
* Jake ends up meeting Hamilton's son, but she doesn't know that it's his kid.
* Hamilton's son really likes Jake and it's kind of a mutual thing between them.
* Jake ends up finding out that the boy is Hamilton's son.
* Hamilton tries to get Jake back because he still loves her(she was one of the reason behind his divorce).
* He gets a lot of help from his friends.
* Jake becomes confused and doesn't know if she is in love of her fiance or Hamilton.
* Jake decides to go through with the wedding.
* On Jake's wedding day Hamilton ends up doing something to prevent her from getting married(he can use his son for that if you want).
* You finish the story from there.
* It must end in a happy way.
