TMPGEnc:
- File>Mpeg Tools>MErge And Cut>Add>Edit
Make sure you put and output which is where the file will be saved and to cut it use the two {} .
{ signals where you want the video to begin
} where you want the video to end and then press run
- then save it to mpeg1
Nokia M.C. Program:
Open the mpeg1 file with N.M.C.P
use settings:
image size: sub-QCIF (128x96)
frame rate: 10
AMR bite rate: 4.75
It will save in the .3gp format
Webjal:
Chose: Load Ringtones
Click: Add
In file name, type: *.3gp
Pick your movie
Click: Download
The video file can be found in the Media Center of your phone
Press menu in the Media Center and choose Filter, then Video and it will sort all your videos.
