Story
5000 years ago, there was an ancient egyptian pharaoh that had locked a mighty power within the millenium items. This power was so monstrous it had almost destroyed the world. Now a man that is pretty much a clone of Bill Gates has re-created this power into a card game called Duel Monsters. This clone is known as Maximillion Pegasus (the name says it all). After our young hero Yugi Mutoh defeats the world's best duelist, Seto Kaiba, Pegasus steals Yugi's gramp's soul with his millenium eye to force him to enter his tournament at the Duelist Kingdom in hopes of taking Yugi's own millenium item, the millenium puzzle. Inside Yugi's puzzle resides the brave ancient pharaoh that had saved the world from destruction long long long ago. Yugi and his friends try to overcome anyone and anything to help save his grandpa and even to save the world...again. And with their "Heart of the Cards" (which never works for me) on their side, they're unstopable. So watch this cool show, It's on Kids WB (and its pretty mature, but they dubed it..of course) and it's way cool, with some comedy and cool duels and yeah see the show. |
