Welcome to my web site..
I have been lecturing primarily on the subject of research methodology and organizational
behavior both at undergraduate and graduate level at the Business Administration Department
(Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences) in Yeditepe University, since 1988.
Main interests of research: Organizational culture and climate, person-organization
fit theories, organizational creativity, thinking styles and relevant subjects.
This website is divided into two main categories. The first part includes academic studies in six subgroups,
and the second one covers teaching materials and non-academic stuff in three subgroups.
Each group covers one or several studies that are given a code number according to the type of publication.
The third parties may use these studies by giving references. The appropriate references are shown under
the link titled "ACADEMIC & NON-ACADEMIC STUDIES". Click on the title of the study you wish to read.
