The New Deal

Happy Days Are Here, Again

In Roosevelt's inauguration on March 22, 1932, Roosevelt was accepted, loved and respected. Roosevelt used fireside Chet to create his image that few people knew Franklin Delano Roosevelt was sitting on the wheel chair.

In a word, his New Deal is about restoration, regulation, and reform:

The First New Deal

The Banking Act
To stop the panic, Roosevelt closed down all the banks in America for four days that the Americans cannot withdraw money in a hurry. By his encouraging putting back money to the bank in the evening broadcasting (the government might have money from the banks to do the new deal as he said, the greatest thing to be feared is the fear itself and that we must do something for help), in the next day, the American banking system increased 4 million dollars, advocate a great speaker he was.

The AAA
The American Agriculture Act gave 100 dollars to each farmer, for example, no matter harvest or not. A good farmer would use that 100 dollar to buy machines, seeds, hiring labor workers; and if harvest, the final reward is that 100 dollars which had paid. So, usually the mentally healthy farmers would do nothing on the farmlands and they still get the 100 dollars in return. Another dark side of the AAA program was that Roosevelt rose up the price of flour to be equal to the ready bread and the very poor family the first time in their life fond that the price of flour was very expansive to them.

The CCC
The Civilian Conservation Corp, the federal found spent 5 billion dollars, in hope the depression would be gone in one or two years. The program called young people age 18 to 24 to live in the camps, they can eat as much as they want and were paid 35 dollars a month, 5 dollars for allowance and 30 dollars was sent back to their families or relatives. They were called to build the parks and the public projects. A dark side of the program was that a genus might find the public works was a time wasting; why not directly pay the 35 dollars to his or her education for a brighter day tomorrow.

Tennasse River Project
About the same, federal founds to build the electricities for the residents who lived by the river.

The NIRA
The National Industrial Recovery Act was a dead body of Blue Eagle. The US government created price codes, guaranteed working hours and wages. Many blacks workers the first time in their life received the federal checks from the programs like NIRA, and later in WPA or PWA. When NIRA was found unconstitutional in 1937, many workers lost jobs again because they had been used to over depend on the government; by which support from the government, they were unable to find a career for their own and still many of them live on welfare after Social Security Act effective in 1935.

The National Finance Reconstruction
Roosevelt combined the Section 7A and Andrew Mellon and Hoover's economic idea as Andrew see the great cooperation as a whole, Hoover added, government is the headquarter of this great cooperation, Roosevelt pressed on the Social Security Act to make up the insufficiency of his New Deal

The Social Security Act
On January 17, Roosevelt handed over the issue to Robert Wanger, but the SSA did not pass directly. Wanger punished the companies, which would not hire the labor worker because the workers had the strike records, and it became official in April, known as the Wanger Act or National Labor Relation Act. The NLRA picks up money from the pockets of the companies. Thus, the company owners argued that the companies solely should not response to the unemployed, and they that are the wage receivers shall also response to the unemployed. So, in August the same year of 1935, the congress passed the Social Security Act that all the wage receivers shall be responsible for the unemployed workers. Formerly, the US government picks up money from the companies is now picking up from the wage receivers, also. When the many programs of FDR were fond unconstitutional in 1937, the Wanger Act and Social Security Act became permanent in American society; both are of the socialists and are of the un-American like programs.

The Second New Deal

In order to gain the election, Roosevelt used his wife Delano Roosevelt in 1936 to the boarding the new deal collisions. Delano Roosevelt encouraged women and children to the participation of the New Deal programs.

Francis Perkins (the Secretary Labor) and Moore Dewson response to the Relief and Welfare programs.

Mary MacLeo Bason response to the welfare, medical, and educational programs, and she tripled the black cabins. Based on the Moody Bible Study, she welcomed the blacks to the table on every Friday evening, questing their needs and opening the job opportunities for them that lived in Africa. "She was the foundation of the Modern Civil Rights movement", says Dr. Joyce Hanson.

NYCA
The only positive thing Roosevelt did was the encouraging the youth to keep coming back school while working during the depression years.

Roosevelt as a President
Government is responsible to the employee, the unemployed, and education, and to the more efficiency to help the people.

In short, the New Deal is a regulation of welfare programs, the restoration to capitalism, and the reform to minimize the redistribution of wealth.
