Henry Phung won Gold in both Youth Red Belt Sparring and Board Breaking and a Silver in Forms. Alec Rogerson won Silver in Youth White Belt Forms and Sparring and Youth Junior Belt Board Breaking. Sam Flynn, a Silver in Youth Green Belt Forms and a Gold medal in Sparring.

Miryam Connolly won Gold in White Belt Forms and Silver in Sparring. Monica Phung won Gold in Yellow Belt Forms and Bronze in Youth Junior Belt Board Breaking. Minna Muinonen won Bronze in Adult Black Forms and Silver in Women's Black Belt Sparring. Evan Oxner won Silver in Green Belt Forms and Bronze in Sparring. Marcia Cook won Bronze in Adult White Belt Forms and Gold in Sparring. Dave Melanson won Silver in both Adult Blue Belt Forms and Men's Sparring. Brad Donaldson won Gold in both Youth White Belt Sparring and Forms.Chantal Melanson won Silver in Sparring. Emma Bullerwell won a Gold medal in Youth Yellow Belt Sparring. Rachel Wells won Gold in Women's Green Belt Sparring. April Parent won Bronze in Adult Colour Belt Board Breaking. Mandice Allen won Silver in White Belt Forms. Kayla Boudreau won bronze in Youth White Belt Forms. Katie Babin won Silver in Youth Green Belt Sparring.

In addition, Yarmouth Tae Kwon-Do took home the Gold medal in Team Forms. The team included Henry Phung, Dave Melanson, Sam Flynn, Monica Phung and Brad Donaldson. In an extraordinary performance, 9 year old green belt Sam Flynn, and 11 year old green stripe Emma Bullerwell beat out a team of adult black belts to take a silver medal in the self defense routine competition. Yarmouth Tae Kwon-Do students and instructors are now looking forward to hosting a championship tournament in Yarmouth in the near future.
