I'm sure somebody at Trek would be writhing to see their great antelope hardtails chopped up and grafted to other various rear ends to make them dualies, but what do I care???

These are the 'Before' pictures, I think some guy in British Columbia (the eBay member I bought it from) hit it pretty good with his minivan or something....

And...the after pictures.  Josh's enthusiastic approval prompted the bike to be hucked off anything we could find.

1 test weekend down (Plattekill- Roxbury NY), so far she runs perfectly!!

Found this old Nashbar mountainbike in the dumpster at the Pit (Clarkson U's lowest (geograhpically) dormitory). Made it into a trials bike with just one extra tube off the minibaja team's old rollcage. Thanks, Baja!

I had this mounted up on my 1970's Schwinn LeTour mountain bike. 9.5" of travel, but not enough force to hold them from collapsing completely when the brakes were hit.
