The Mission of the Yemage Medical Center is to improve the health and welfare of the people in the city of Harar, Ethiopia and its surrounding communities. The Center can accomplish this goal by providing affordable health care services, educating via education programs geared towards preventative health care, and through the creation of new career opportunities within the center.
About The Center:
The Yemage Medical Center is a not-for-profit health care facility located in Harar, Ethiopia. The center was founded in early 2001 and funded by Sebri Omer, who now lives with his family in the United States, following a return to Harar after a 25 year absence.
The center serves the community as a 25-bed hospital, with both Inpatient & Outpatient facilities in the following medical fields;
