Young Gifted & Blessed provides a variety of classes and instruction in modern, interpretive and praise dance for both youth and adults. The combination of these techniques provides a unique and rewarding avenue for expression. The founder of the organization Veronica Braddy was the first female to receive a scholarship from the Boys Club of American, which she used to attend The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in N.Y. City. Ms. Braddy later opened her own school in NY where she taught for two years before relocating to Florida. Since moving to Florida she has done private instruction for local area churches and The Children’s Home in Town and Country. Ms Braddy strongly believes that the lord has inspired her to bring the gospel to our children in a way that they can understand. "They need a voice, and I want to give it to them" I thank God for using me.... "My people perish for lack of knowledge" |
| YGB combines modern, Interpretive and lythergical dance techniques to teach rythum and expression. Students are taught that emotion is equally as important as technique. |
