Welcome to the Community of Whitecourt Youth Group
The Community of Whitecourt Youth Group exists to dispel the myth that Christianity is outdated and boring by providing fun, safe, physical activities and encouraging positive relationships. We believe by sharing the love of Jesus through our actions as Christian role models, establishing positive relationships and biblical teaching, we are able to encourage youth to find purpose and be fulfilled in their lives.
What is Youth group?
The Community of Whitecourt Youth Group is a combined effort between the Family Worship Centre, Skyview Alliance Church, Whitecourt Baptist Church, and Whitecourt Evangelical Free Church. A leadership team from these congregations meet regularly to plan youth events.
The youth group meets every Friday night at various locations around the community. Events normally run from 7 pm until 10 pm. A typical night usually consists of a theme based activity, followed by a devotional, worship, and snack. Please check below for current events and their locations.
Please pray that God leads us in the direction that he wants us to go and that we follow and listen to His word in order to do His works in the Youth Ministry and our lives as we look for a Youth Pastor.
