| 03:00PM Thursday, 22nd February 2007 They had been together for 53days, 9hrs and 40mins. They also spent the guy's Birthday, a New Year, a Lunar New Year and a Valentines' Day together. 14th February 2007 was Valentines' Day; the guy had to go for lessons before meeting up in the evening. It's the first Valentine's Day they celebrated together. He gave her 4 surprises with a plan in mind. First was a hand carried bouquet neatly decorated with Baby's Breath and mainly 6 pink and 5 Shocking pink roses which means love eternity. Second, he edited the song "Valentine" by Martina McBride and set it as ringtone; he also changed her name and picture so that when she calls, the background would be their picture and the name of contact would show: "Love Eternity" "Happy Valentine's Day" Third, He bought a pair of $129 diamond earrings for her which cost him his pocket money for school as well. Lastly, he told her that this is his first time celebrating Valentine's Day with his beloved. He waited outside her house lift at the void deck and when she came out, he exchanged their hand phones and called his number. When the phone rang and once she heard it, her face immediately blushed. She was so surprised feeling very happy and touched. Following on he gave her the flowers and then the earrings. When the girl opened the box containing the earrings, she was so happy because she had never received such a present before. The plan wasn't very successful because he wanted to secretly put the song in the girl's phone and let it ring on her phone but her phone's alert duration has a limit. Second failure is he wasn't able to sing the last part for her because she kept a distance from him when the phone rang. After the guy's plan ends, she gave him a cheesecake which was made by her and brought her baby photos down as he requested to see. Soon after that, they travelled down to a shopping centre to collect a pair of couple pendants with their names written on the other pendant. The girl was so sweet to have thought of these. As the sun falls, he brought her to "Hong Kong Cafe" for dinner because the girl said she hasn’t tried before. After dinner, they took a stroll around the shopping centre and spent a night together at the guy's house. |
