In Samsung Company right now, there is no Labor Union Problem, because the CEO, ÀÌ°ÇÈñ, of the company is doing so great. He is the one who defiantly helped Samsung to become the world wide company. He made many succeed in making new products and marketing. However, what will happen after he retire from the work? Whoever will do his job after his retirement will have a hard time to follow what he have done.
If I were to become the CEO of the company, I would use these three strategies to avoid the Labor Union problem. I will not give a lot of money to the workers, but will let them leave early, or give long vacations. I heard that when people spend time with their family, they lose stresses and resting would make them feel better tomorrow. Therefore, I will provide them more free time, and let them rest.
Secondly, I will provide better working conditions. Since many people use internet in the company, it will be slow and it is a fact that Korean people hate slow things. I will provide them the best service, and equipments. Also, things like water fountain, bathroom, and vending machines will be clean as possible, so that the employees will like to stay in the company with their own motivation.
Lastly, I will show how I love the company. In the old sayings, there is a saying that says ¡°You can never spit on smiling face.¡± I will always smile at the employees and tried to talk to them as many times as I can. I will try to understand if the worker did something wrong. I will show respect to them, so they will show respect to me.
The next CEO of the company will have to give many free times, good working condition, and show that one care for the employees. These three things will surely reduce the employees¡¯ complain, and avoid Labor Union Problem.
