Charlemagne Journal

Charlemagne was a great leader in Medieval Times. He was very friendly and welcoming. He was very nice and welcomed foreigners into his kingdom. To most this would have been considered an annoyance and unheard of, but not to Charlemagne.

There were many foreigners in his palace and kingdom as long as they were Christian because his kingdom was Christian. Not only did he welcome foreigners into his kingdom, but he liked and enjoyed having foreigners come and stay in his kingdom. Even though having foreigners come into his kingdom inconvenienced him sometimes, he still loved taking them in. Unlike many other rulers Charlemagne was very generous and happy to welcome foreigners into his kingdom.
