How to send email attachments from your MS Office applications,
A shortcut in Microsoft Office lets you send email from Word, Excel, and PowerPoint without opening Outlook or Outlook Express.
There are two really simple ways to send email from your MS Office applications.
Use the email icon.
Click the email icon between the save and print icons. It looks like an envelope.
Choose to send the document, spreadsheet, or presentation as an attachment or in the body of your email.
Choose an email identity.
Fill out email information as usual.
Use the Send To option.
Go to File and choose Send To.
Choose "Mail Recipient" if you want to send the document, spreadsheet, or presentation in the body of the email. Choose "Mail Recipient (as Attachment)" if you want to send it as an attachment.
