I flew out at 7pm, arrived in Vegas about 10:30pm, and then about 5 minutes via shuttle to the Excalibur. Checkin took about 30 minutes or so (30 MINUTES!), and finally up to my room I went and waited for Shane to drive into town. And waited. And waited. Finally went to sleep 2 am or so. Flying sure makes me tired.
